Why are we doing this?: The Council has appointed an independent consultancy, HICO, to review current arrangements and suggest models for the future. As part of this, they will be talking with users and carers about what is important to them and what they might want to see changed in the future. They want to get as many views as possible and will be feeding these back to the Council to help them shape future support.
